She said she was a producer with FOX 29 and promised business owners international exposure and publicity through a "Best of the Palm Beaches" television special – all for a one-time fee of just $3,500.
But police say Jessie Alexander, 41, had no ties to the station or to a public relations firm she claimed was involved with the project. The special never aired and the money’s nearly gone – all funneled into the Miami woman’s lavish lifestyle.
