The South Florida Public Relations Network was initiated on Labor Day, September 2006 by long-time South Florida publicist Linda Hamburger. Ms. Hamburger wanted to provide an open forum for Public Relations, Marketing Communications (marcomm) professionals, and related service practitioners throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties. SFPRN serves to provide an umbrella to locate information on groups and associations related to the practice and profession of Public Relations and marketing communications.

The Network provides a resource across social media platforms to help South Florida practitioners network, reach out and share an umbrella resource with media and businesses. SFPRN has options to join on Facebook; LinkedIn; Yahoo Groups; Twitter, and this proprietary web site.
