TransMedia Group Resolves To Do More PR For Humanity In 2015
BOCA RATON, Fla., Jan. 1, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — TransMedia Group said its New Year’s resolution is to concentrate more on the humanity side of public relations in 2015 on behalf of the many deserving charities it represents who do a "world of good for people in need worldwide."
The award-winning international firm (www.transmediagroup.com) said it will generate publicity to help curb violence and racism, hearten those suffering from multiple scleroses and brighten the lives of children who don’t have enough food to eat or fresh water to drink.
In so doing, TransMedia intends to raise the volume of a child’s violin to help calm unrest as it did in Ferguson in 2014 after making Whoopi weep on The View and spurring a mini-documentary on FOX TV in St. Louis about seven-year-old violinist Leah Flynn(http://stlouis.cbslocal.com/2014/12/04/watch-7-year-old-leah-flynn-plays-violin-for-ferguson/).
The firm intends to celebrate our Nation’s liberty and the bravery and resoluteness of the U.S. Navy during The War of 1812 when it christens a rebuilt USS Hornet of 1805 to sail again as Florida’s goodwill ambassador ship in a charitable endeavor of the Palm Beach Maritime Foundation to promote trade and education about the sea (www.ussHornet1805.org).
TransMedia plans to extol how ‘A Spring of Hope’ (www.aspringofhope.org) brightens the lives of water-starved South African schoolchildren and how MS Foundation uplifts those with multiple scleroses nationwide (www.msfocus.org).
The firm plans to promote how a glacier water from Iceland called SNO (www.drinksnowater.com) is helping to eliminate nitrates and other contaminates in drinking water and how North American Fine Foods‘ low cost, highly nutritious seafood pre-mix products, which are high in protein, low in fat and rich in Omega3, will help to stamp out world hunger and malnutrition, while responding to First Lady Michelle Obama’s "Let’s Move!" campaign, to curb childhood obesity.
"Our goal in 2015 is to place special emphasis on the humanity side of the noble endeavors of our PR clients," said Adrienne Mazzone, TransMedia’s newly-promoted president.
"Isn’t that what PR should do?" asks TransMedia’s founder and chairman Tom Madden.
"Public relations is at its best when it underscores the best that’s within us, the noblest of our efforts and the most generous of our giving to those in need," he said.
TransMedia Group is a full-service, multi-lingual public relations firm serving clients worldwide since 1981.
