Lauderhill Regional Chamber of Commerce Hospitality Week 2018

Kick off breakfast with Broward County Tourism Executives This Week! Friday, July 13

Lauderhill’s “We Say Please and Thank You, A Hospitality Campaign” kicks off at the monthly Lauderhill Regional Chamber of Commerce Breakfast with a keynote address presented by Carl Pruchniak, Visit Florida’s Regional Partnership Manager for Southeast Florida, and a special presentation by Kelly Tortoriello, Vice President of Strategic Client Services of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention and Visitors Bureau. The breakfast will be held Friday, July 13th at the Lauderhill Performing Arts Center from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

A resident of South Florida, Carl Pruchniak is the primary point of contact for Visit Florida’s current and future Tourism Industry Partners within his region. Prior to this role, Carl was a member of the Visit Florida Promotions Team which works to keep Florida top-of-mind through consumer-facing contests and sweepstakes.

Most recently, Kelly Torotoriello was chosen as the 2018 Synergy Summit for Cultural & Heritage Tourism “Best Local Artist” for Stoked On Salt, an ocean conservation clothing line. Stoked On Salt is designed with the passion for the sea to help preserve and protect living coral reef ecosystems to help increase public awareness.

In her role with the CVB, Kelly continues to establish the office of Strategic Client Services as the go-to resource for Broward County’s tourism industry, creating positive, memorable customer experiences and oversee the development of the SUNsational service training materials and content.

“We Say Please and Thank You, A Hospitality Campaign” runs from Friday, July 13 through Sunday, July 22, 2018. Enjoy week-long special discounts, for retail, beauty and events are available to those who participate.
