April 6 — Community Denim Day – April 6, 2018

Community Denim Day is scheduled for Friday, April 6th in recognition of April as Child Abuse Prevention month. This collaborative effort to raise awareness and funds was created to remind us, the entire community, of the important role we all play in creating a safe and healthy future for our children.

Participants can make a donation of $5 or more in exchange for being able to wear jeans for the day. If employees normally wear jeans as part of their daily attire or are prohibited to wear jeans, stickers will be given out as a symbol of their support. Some companies may also choose to extend Denim Day to more than one day or a different day. We are on board for whatever may work better for your employees. Funds will support Families First of Palm Beach County which has been providing services to successfully prevent abuse for 28 years.
