With its newly opened flagship location at Margaritaville Beach Resort Grand Cayman, YARA welcomes guests from all around the world to experience internationally-inspired cuisine seen nowhere else. Led by Executive Chef Dylan Benoit, YARA’s menu embraces the Nikkei tradition, featuring top quality steaks and game meats, including Wagyu and several dry-aged steaks, while utilizing the abundance of fresh local fish.
