Job Title: Email Marketing Coordinator

Reporting to the Email Marketing Manager, the Email Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the scheduling, creation, execution and analysis of all email programs across multiple platforms and brands. This position will help maintain the email marketing calendar and execute against it as scheduled. In addition, the coordinator will work closely with all members of the Marketing and Product teams in multiple offices to ensure seamless execution.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Support email marketing program in executing email communications to support partner products, promotional offers, newsletters and bulletins

· Set up new campaigns through ESP based on calendar and cadence provided

· Assure accuracy of all campaigns (audit creative, promo messaging, links, legal, setup, etc.)

· Analyze campaign metrics, provide insight and recommendations, and report on performance

· Help achieve forecasted performance of email marketing channel through optimization and testing

· Daily monitoring of campaign and delivery performance

· Oversee daily email operations, coordinate with Email Manager to ensure that emails are completed and deployed on time

· Log and monitor web development bugs affecting the email marketing program to ensure they are addressed in a timely manner

· Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of email marketing experience
  • Basic HTML & CSS skills
  • Intermediate Dreamweaver/Photoshop skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of CAN-SPAM and email best practices
  • Web analytics (Omniture or Google Analytics)
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills to drive actions
  • Experience creating and sending large scale email campaigns through ESPs such as ExactTarget, Cheetah Mail & others
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimental designs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent planning, organization and time management skills
  • Comfortable and able to track multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to present information clearly and concisely and respond to questions from various departments and levels within the organizational structure
  • A self-starter with the ability to independently execute tasks with little to no direction
  • Ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing Required
